Responsibilities include conducting diagnostic evaluations, developing tailored treatment plans with goals and objectives, offering crisis intervention when needed, and following up with patients to ensure they're getting the best care possible. Our ideal candidate is provisionally licensed (LMSW, LPCa) or Licensed (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, APRN) and has 1-3 years of experience counseling mental health patients. Must be willing to work either evenings/weekends and be willing to work with children/adolescents.

Part-time and full-time options available. Part-time clinicians must be willing to have 12-15 sessions per week. Benefits include 401(k), PTO, and CEU reimbursement. Health insurance options for full-time employees. Flexible scheduling including in-person hours, telehealth hours, or a hybrid. Must be willing to provide some in-person hours. Achieve Wellness is an NHSC site for potential loan forgiveness.

Peer supervision provided to staff, weekly individual supervision provided for provisionally licensed clinicians.

$35 - $55 hourly

• Aid with crisis intervention for patients when they are in a state of distress
• Use patient medical information, interviews, observation, and testing as well as collaboration with other staff members to determine a patient’s mental health status
• Refer patients and family members to community resources or to specialists as necessary
• Work with patients to develop individualized treatment plans with goals and objectives

• Utilize research-based treatment methods (EMDR, CBT, DBT, etc.)

• Current unrestricted CT state license (LMSW, LPCa, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, APRN)
• A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a clinical setting working as a mental health therapist
• Possess excellent analytical and problem0solving skills and great communication and interpersonal skills
